Despicable service

I would give a zero rating if allowed... absolutely disgusting service from the online team.. I placed an order on the 3rd which was cancelled for who knows what... got an email saying it was successfully delivered at 12am midnight 2 me... utter bull****... no one seems to know what's happening with my order.. useless... I called them like 20 times with no feedback... I want a refund immediately...
