Denied a chance to purchase a product because of my location

I saw an advert online for Skyworth 75-inch Google TV-75SUE9350F With free delivery tag on it and was sold my disappointment came when I had to check out and was told my area is not included and I can purchase the TV because of that. I can't believe they can't deliver county wide for such a what I used to think it's a well established chain
