Demo device sold as new item

A demo GPS Garmin device was sold to me at Incredible Connections Wonderpark. The box containing the devise did not even have a seal. On the same day i returned the device as i noticed that it had scratches which simply proved that it was not a new item. I returned the device for a refund. I find this unacceptable that I was deceived into thinking that the device was new, it was not even disclosed to me that the device was a demo but instead sold under the pretense that it was new.
