Delivery not complete

I ordered a XBOX One S with a 3 gaming bundle as one online order from Incredible Connection. The Invoice was calculated as one total price, which was paid and ordered Sunday afternoon,20 June 2021.It shows on the online portal that delivery will take between 2-5 working days. The console was delivered Tuesday afternoon without the 3 game bundle. I have emailed and queried this at IC, but they cant give me an indication when the 3 game bundle will be delivered. The Xbox itself is useless without the games. It was supposed to be delivered all together as one parcel, which was not the case. Did not receive any new tracking number for the outstanding parcel, nor the name of the courier company or any reference numbers.
