Delivery Mess

After placing an order for a fridge, my order has not been delivered despite today being the 5th working day, which is the maximum delivery lead time stipulated when I placed the order. I've been in contact via the WhatsApp channel. Still, the staff are useless and tell me things I already know, and are unable to provide further information about my order, quite useless and pathetic. The staff then told me to contact them at 17:00 today but failed to tell me that they could not assist at this time as they were closed. If they don't want to work, give the job to someone else who can and is willing to perform at satisfactory customer levels. Calling the number results in my call being cut immediately and my nearest store is unable to assist. I only gave 1 star because I cannot give them 0 stars
