Delivery delays and *********** call center stuff

Worst experience ever. Ordered my daughters table on the 27 November 2025 online , order keeps changing for delivery getting messages after 12 midnight driver on route. But they never deliver. Opened complaint on the 9 December and each time I call you wait 40+ minutes to speak to an agent. Who will put you on hold for another couple of minutes and hang up on you. I still have not received tablet and still don’t know what’s happening with my order I even asked before Xmas to deliver to nearest shop I can go collect it they cannot. Complaint been escalated since then to different people each you call give with no resolution. The line is not free and they don’t care
