DELIVER MY PRODUCT THAT I HAVE PAID FOR!!!

I ordered a gaming chair on the 29th of November 2025 with the 2-5 delivery days option. I did check availability for the specific gaming chair…there was available. Usually, delivery moves fast. So I checked on Monday. It says ‘product ready to pick’. I phoned Incredible Connection and asked them whether there is a problem. The person assisting me said no, product will be delivered on Wednesday. Again I tracked the order on Wednesday, still says ‘ready to pick’. I phoned on Thursday, asking is there a problem with delivery, because it still says’ready to pick’. The person assisting me says no, product will be delivered Thursday afternoon, Friday morning. Friday morning, today, I checked again. Still says ‘rwady to pick’. The product is still at the warehouse. So, now I ask, is it going to be delivered today? Do you really have the product on hand? WHAT IS GOING ON! I have paid for the chair, Incredible Connection! CAN YOU PLEASE DELIVER THE PRODUCT TODAY AS PROMISED.
