Delay tactics to replace laptop

I bought a laptop in October 2017. 7 months later the laptop started giving trouble.

POWERSUPPLY FAULTY HARD DRIVE FAULTY ALL 3 USB PORTS FAULTY

Was sent back to be repaired TWICE. the laptop was sent back but never arrived at the store. For 2 days they cant seem to trace the laptop and NO ONE GIVES ME ANSWERS!

ALL I HEAR IS, THEY DID SENT A MAIL AND ARE WAITING FOR A RESPONSE.

LAME EXCUSE OF THEY CANT START WOTH THE PROCESS FOR A REPLACEMENT LAPTOP IF THEY CANT TRACE MY OLD LAPTOP!!!
