Delay in order and bad communication

Worst company ever, communication is a zero they don’t care of about the clients at all. I made an order with them and according to the speculated dates i should have received the order alsready but nothing and no one has contacted me to inform me of the reason. The worst thing is them using a courier company that’s been rated 1 for communication problems and delay in delivery JDEX which clearly shows that they (incredible connection) don’t care about their clients
