Definately 'NOT INCREDIBLE'

<p>You know you are shopping at the wrong place when you would like to complain about the worst service ever and the response is from the store " check the number on our site " by the store manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you return a printer with the same promblem for a third time having been incovenienced ( As a business ) all ready for more than six weeks and it is now been another 4 weeks + later , and the cartridges that you had to replace twice due to drying during the wait , and the store manager just says no matter what his staff has informed that he will not be able to help you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just to be fair : 1st Time returned in warranty year</p> <p>2nd time returned just out of waranty but the repair company stated on report that the part is still under warranty and repaired ( Obviously not) the second time for free.</p> <p>3rd time returned the same day I received it back from being repaired the second time (NOT )</p> <p> </p> <p>Trevor denies telling me that when returning a printer with the same problem 3 times you will be reinbursed and would be able to shop something else as it does obviously does not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr manager where would I all of a sudden come up with this if I was not informed about this. Even when phoning another branch they confirmed the same policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Trevor your repair specialist informed you that I did not have original proof of purchase. I gave you that doc and warranty repair reports , the same that was offered to him.</p> <p> </p> <p>The point is not that know after all this time you say that the printer have been repaired it is the fact that you said that if the printer is not used constantly the printer head would probably not work because it is in your possesion for more than 4 weeks after being fixed. You dont even want to offer discounted cartridges even after your store failed to timeously repair and return and lost all my contact details twice .</p> <p>So even if I pick it up and it does not work what would my recourse be ????</p> <p> </p> <p>So definately 'NOT INCREDIBLE'</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
