Defective laptops and not honoured extended warranty.

Purchased two laptops with extended warranties. The first one failed within weeks. The second laptop had its keyboard fail a few months into its usage. Zero acknowledgement of my query despite multiple emails. I even offered them an opportunity to redeem themselves before me writing a public review. Totally disinterested, zero communication, not even a reply. After many months of working with an external keyboard, I have written the loss off and resolved never to buy their junk again. Dont waste your time buying from this company.
