Deceived- Manager not customer worthy

I was promised a complimentary bad when spending more than 20k at Rosebank store, when It came to provide me with the "gift" the manager was really snobbish and full of arrogance, the Rosebank incredible connection manager is full of himself and doesn't realise the importance of keeping promises and good customer relations, I could have gotten the item at another store at 1k less
