Debi Check not working no other solution. Sad

My wife app**** for a business account and its almost one month and no help at all. They are doing a debi check and its just not working. She has debi checks from other companies and it worked fine. Bank has done all the checks and everything is good on there side. This is terrible if something is not working find another solution. Poor from incredible connection.
