Incredible connections Kempton park festival mall is in its own league. I bought an HP laptop worth R5500 from them which later started having problems with operating systems and eventually would not switch on. I took it in for a warranty claim, they inspected it and booked it in for repairs. I was later confronted with a quotation of more than 7K indicating water damage and apparently it was now not eligible for warranty. This 7K is more than the cost price of the unit. No mention was made of water damage when i took the pc in. I sent numerous emails complaining that I was not happy as I had not damaged the unit and this should have been seen at initial handover. The store came back and said they do not have the expertice to see warer damage and rely on a 3rd party while the person that booked it in is a technician. Thus is ****************.
