Damaged TV

I recently bought a TV that was damaged at the Incredible connection in Alberton. I suspected that the TV had been swapped between paying for it and it being repacked. The Store took almost a month to resolve the matter now they tell me the footage has been deleted. There is no contact for a complaints department in this Company. You either deal with the *********** Branch or a call centre. No one is taking ownership and authority in this matter. On their Website on email us, you don't get a Head Office, instead you are redirected to the Branch.
