Damaged Tablets

1ste time a bought a sansui tablet and it only worked for 2 weeks and got stuck and stop working. I went back and asked for my money back but sales consultants refuse refund and swop it for \a new tablet"also sansui. One month later the tablet gave problems and did not charge AT ALL and screen dont even switch on! Is this the kinda service you provide and selling damage stock to customers??? Will def take this futher and they refuse to give back my money and treat their customers very bad!"""
