Damaged Product, Poor Delivery and No Communication

Very disappointed with the service received. I ordered a washing machine from Incredible Connection online and waited six days with no communication about delivery. I was then unexpectedly contacted on a Saturday afternoon for delivery. The delivery truck could not enter the premises as it was too big, and when the machine was finally brought to me on a trolley and unwrapped, it was visibly damaged - scratched, dented, and the rear foot was buckled.

After logging the issue, no one contacted me. I had to phone multiple numbers and repeatedly follow up before anyone assisted me. Only once I requested a refund did the matter receive proper attention and escalation. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating, with poor communication throughout.
