Damaged Goods Sold False Pretenses

Today on 29/12/17 we purchased an IPad 9.7 Air from Incredible Connection in Pavillion . Upon purchase we were shower a device which was already opened and no longer Sealed as it should be. The made it clear that there was nothing wrong with it and only the seal was opened . So seeing as no one had stock we agrees to it and accepted the device as all looked in order . As we started using it however we noticed the lower button is faulty and only works intermittently. It's clear this device was returned as an OBF ( oh and yes I used to work in this field ) and it was resold to us as a new device . This is *********lly and morally wrong of this store and I can fully understand the nickname 'incredible *******ion ' now. I am demanding a refund. I will be returning but I am making all aware of this store and what happened to us
