Damaged Goods

I bought a laptop (new one) from incredible conections, Friday received goods, boxed damage, and its a demo laptop, open it up and charger is broken, struggling since Friday to get someone to phone me back regarding this and still no response , they kept saying its marked as urgent someone will phone me and no one did. so after a few times today still no luck
