Daily Delivery Promises, No Delivery

I placed an order on 18 December with a promised delivery time of 5 working days.

Since then, every working day I receive a notification saying that my order will be delivered that same day. Based on these notifications, I make arrangements for someone to be available to receive the delivery — but the order never arrives.

After following up with customer care, I was informed that the order will only be delivered 2 days later than the originally promised 5 working days. This is frustrating, especially considering the repeated and misleading daily delivery notifications.

The lack of accurate communication and missed delivery commitments has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I am logging this review in the hope that the issue will be resolved and that delivery updates become more reliable for customers going forward.
