Customers wait while staff is in toilet

<p>Went to Menlyn Maine branch on 18 Feb. Got what I wanted to buy, buy me and several customers could not pay as the ONLY person that can operate the till went to the toilet. We had to wait until she came back. Spoke to the manager ands he could not help. We had to wait for the lady that was in the toilet. She walked back in no hurry. When I spoke to the manager the rest of the staff thought this is very funny..... let the customers wait, while staff is in the toilet. We wil never ever support you again. Your staff will now have ALL the time in the world to go to the toilet</p>
