Customers are a nuisance, not flexible at all

I bought a android my box for my TV. Sadly I bought it in a rush as I anticipated the installation of my Uncapped Data, that was supposed to be 7 days but ended up three weeks later. The black box then was faulty and the technician at Incredible connection, confirmed it was faulty. The Technician was great and helpful but I asked to speak to the manager, but he is pure arrogant with an attitude of " don't make your problem mine" Long story short they send my box away and it meant 14 days with no TV, how great is that even though the box is new. I walked across the isle and bought another box from another store that is prepared to assist their clients. Bottom line if you need to buy anything that you cannot go without for an extended period of time, don't buy at Incredible connection, and certainly not the store at the Malls at the Reds in Centurion as the manager has a no care attitude!!
