Customer Service is very bad!

I placed an order online, they delivered my product. The item was wrong and I phoned customer care about it on 25/09/2018 16h22. Order no. ********** 45. I explained to them that item was wrong and she said that she will lodge a complain for me and send a sms for the reference number. Waited the till now and no sms and no respond from them. Customer Service is very bad!
