Customer service is none

A company that has well and truly earned the reputation of Incredible *******ion.

My order is now 9 days late and no one at their CS team is able to resolve any issues, they can only "log the complaint." now i have to wait another 24 hours to hear back from them. I am guessing they also don't work on weekends.....what a bunch of numpties.
