I was pre approved for a credit application ref number ***. Informed to submit compliance documents to the shop in Westgate mall. When I got there the same day of approval someone took me through the process and eventually told me the system do not want to proceed I must return the following day. Upon my return they told me they will contact me to come through on Monday the 4th if the system is back. Tuesday the 5th I reached out only to be told that they thought I was sorted already. I couldn't make it to the store till today the 6th. When I got there I was told that the item I intend to order was gonna be off the special the next day the 7th and they can't proceed with the application for such an item. I was handed all the application docs back that I left the first day of my visit. Bad bad bad
