Credit note still not paid

I have been shopping incredible connections online for over 10yrs, it was amazing. Now since December 2024, I have received bad service. The recent one is my credit note dated 19 August 2025. 33 days later it hasn’t been paid. I keep calling and emailing Mongezi Ngozo, and he doesn’t reply, instead he choses to gossip about me to his Boksburg colleagues. I am a customer I spent my money yet I am disrespected.
