Credit division

I’m really not happy with the credit division of incredible connection. I app**** for business credit application for IPhone 17 pro max and MacBook Air M4 which has been provisionally approved for R85 000,00 at incredible connection store in Brooklyn. I have submitted the correct documents as per their requests on top of that additional documents were required which I submitted as well. My application has been assessed since this morning and I have been at the mall since 09:00am and I’m only leaving now at 14:53 without an answer. I’m highly disappointed in the credit division for not getting back to me with an answer.
