Credit application nightmare

Trying to apply for credit is a nightmare.

First I was told, yesterday, that there was an issue with the system; they did however call me today to say the system was running.

On arrival, the system was down again, apparently the signature device was not working.

The sales people were very apologetic, they tried in vain to get hold of their I. T department but no one was answering their call. I cannot understand how you expect your sales staff to work and makes sales when your systems don't work.

I eventually left the store empty handed, and the sales people lost out on a sale.
