Crazy High Settlement Amounts

Upon requesting my settlement amount, the agent informed me that settlement amount was almost R1000 more than my statement amount! That is ridiculous- I'll never do business nor buy at any Incredible connection again. And the agent was so rude speaking over me and silencing me! Nah. SO over this establishment! Done ! We settle early to pay less, not freakin more!
