Cracked tv

<p>we recently bought a hisence tv on promotion from incredible connection in canal walk. At the store they brought a unit out opened the box the and the screen was cracked. They offered us the 1 on display as it was the only other unit available. When we got home and opened the box the screen was cracked we immediately contacted the store and they said we must contact customer service as not there responsibility once the tv leaves the store. Customer service said we must contact ombudsman we did and waiting on response. We also wrote a letter to head office and two weeks gone now with no response. We assume the tv they gave us was the 1 that was cracked as we bought many tvs before and never had any issues. I feel that people should know this as it's expensive and the after sales service from them has been horrible and wouldn't want anyone else experiencing the same. </p>
