cracked screen

I purchased a 7 inch Samsung tablet from incredible connection in galleria, when I was paying the sales man opened the tablet and briefly showed it to me but did not hand it to me to inspect, also I had my year old son with me and I was distracted by him, the salesman did not mention that I must inspect the tablet because I can not return it if there are any damages, not knowing this I did not inspect the tablet myself.<br> <br> Upon arriving home and opening the box and beginning to use the item I then saw a small cracked at the top of the screen, very small and difficult to notice.. I immediately returned to the store and explained the situation only to be left waiting for 20 minutes unattended while the sales supervisor was in the back office, he arrived with a terrible attitude and his words were simply that his hands are tied and he cannot help me, then only to accuse me of damaging the tablet myself as he can see the tablet has been used because the battery has less power on it then when it left the store, he however did not see the tablet when it left the store.<br> The sales supervisors attitude was disgusting and his accusations were very offensive.
