Counterfeit product sold to me online

<p>I bought Instant Sotho Southern online from Incredible connection. After being unable to register the project for the app included, I contacted Eurotalk, who supposedly is the manufacturer. They asked me for a picture of the product, and sent me a picture of how it should look. They said that this product is not one of theirs, despite carrying their name. The Incredible Connection project contains a Sandisk USB stick - not the Eurotalk one, and it contains a paper insert, not a plastic card as Eurotalk would do.</p> <p>This is a particularly serious matter. It raises questions about integrity and respect for the customer. I'm taking this to the authorities to investigate.</p> <p>And, referring to a previous review, this order from Incredible Connection contained one incorrect an one counterfit product.
