It does not work properly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have placed calls to the help line 29/11 12:00 - noted and will sort out, Melanie 12:40 30/11 noted will escalate, 14:40 no record of the previous call will escalate, 1/12 10:00 Lyn will sort out and then Ushen in the afternoon. No progress. Went to the Branch in Boksburg and the manager would not see me, too busy having coffee with his buddy? and sent his minion out to deal with me. No solutions</p>
