Could you have chosen a more pathetic partner as your Financing House????

It's really, really most unfortunate that the Financing House which you have partnered with is so ineffective. I don't think that there's a more USELESS, INEPT and INADEQUATE partner in the whole of SA. Yesterday, I completed an ONLINE APPLICATION for Revolving Credit. I received this response on email: "Congratulations, you conditionally qualify for credit to the amount of R 85000. Final approval of this application is dependent on meeting all credit application requirements stipulated by the National Credit Regulator. This offer is available for 7 (seven) days only. Your Quoted reference number***". So, this morning, I drive 35 kilometres to my nearest Incredible Connection Store. I have my 3 months bank statements and my payslip PRINTED (AT A COST TO ME, OBVIOUSLY). When attempting to finalise the application, I received a DECLINE because I already have Revolving Credit with Rochester. It's my opinion, that the rocket-scientists who approved the design of your per-approval system be sacked. During the online application, why doesn't your deficient, ludicrous systems decline the application upfront if Revolving Credit already exists. You've wasted my time and my travel costs. You've infuriated me and I will never, ever support any store who makes use of the JD Group for its financing options, ever again. FIRE THE BRAIN SURGEON WHO APPROVED THIS PRE-APPROVAL SYSTEM which you use!!!!!!!! Partner with a proper financing house.
