Most useless service ever. I have no store near me, so I bought a laptop online that came from Jozi to Malmesbury. The laptop makes a knocking sound, and the battery is dead. It only works if I keep the charger in it. They basically sold me a second hand laptop or a faulty laptop, but I know for a fact that my money was not secondhand or faulty which I paid them. They are now unwilling to refund me and the person that's in contact with me, Tanya Haywood with her arrogant attitude told me straight they will not refund me.
