Concerns on lack of customer service in Incredible connection Clearwater

Worse experience at Incredible Connection Clearwater, i have been provisional approved for instore account and i was requested to submit docs at clear water incredible however my application could not be processed further because the gentleman assisting me said they have ran out paper to print, now you are telling me that the INCREDIBLE CONNECTION CLEARWATER is without printing paper?? a tech shop? I find it hard to believe that such a big trusted brand had no paper not unless the gentleman assisting did not want to assist and this was just a mere strategy to get rid off me. In the center there is plenty of shops where Incredible connection could have gone to source a rim of paper? i had travelled to the store, wasted my fuel only to be told go and print your stuff and comeback?

Is this the level of service incredible connection will give it customers this December??
