Good day My name is Nare Sethusa, I bought a laptop that goes with a printer at Incredible Connection last year August as they were on promotion by the value R5999... Of which I arranged with them to pay it 12 months the amount R459. 26 as I was given an invoice papers as proof.

So now last month on June as went to the store asking for the balance they told me the higher balance of 4499, I disputed the balance because according to my knowledge and the paper work that was given on the day I bought that laptop iam suppose to be finishing paying the account by the end of August as per agreement, they insisted that I said I will pay the account in 24 months of which it's not what I agreed on, so not so long I went back again to ask for them to print out a copy of a contract they did and what they printed for me now is not the same copy I was given as I bought the laptop so I was wondering if you can intervene.
