Complaint

Brought a laptop online on the 28th of February ,got it five days later. A few days later it had audio problems then I took it to the store in Bloemfontein so they could fix it. They couldn't fix it so I gave them back, they asked for my ID and bank statement so that I can get my refund. They then said I should wait 14 working days for the refund to reflect and this was on the 20th of March. I've been waiting for the refund since then. Last week I contacted them asking when am I going to get the refund back they asked for my order number and later emailing me saying my I will be assisted in due time. Today is the 19th of April and I'm still waiting for my refund
