Complain with their customer service

I bought a laptop ND it's not even 6months yet still paying it now the charger is no longer working, when I took it back they telling me that it's an accessory of which whn I buy it, it was a package, but now they can't even change it they said I must pay R450 upfront for them to take it to repair, I phoned their customer service department and their policy its written on their website and even the lady who was helping me at customer service was very rude she even ended up kept quiet while I speak and she hangs up da phone while I was still talking her name is nicole
