Company refuses to fulfill the rest of my order

<p>An order was placed on the 14th of July online Incredible Connections website and order number 3 ********** 4 I was informed later in the afternoon that this order will not be fulfilled incomplete the reason being that only one is allowed per customer when I asked where was the stated the lady says under the terms and condition I advised her that I had previously bought online from incredible and if it was limited to 1 units per customer the website would not allow me to purchase more than one but in this case it did not limit me and there forever on the listing itself it did not stipulate limited to 1 per customer as per other advertise listings I have told her that is they cannot fulfill the order at least compensate me with a substitute product she refused to accept and tell me there's nothing she can do I have only received one of the items I have ordered please be aware of incredible *******ion online before shopping with them because they will give you endless grief</p>
