Communication is Key

Having purchased a product pre-initial lockdown period. It was befitting for the store in question to keep tabs on when the product will reach me as a customer.

However, all they could do was a notice on their site – fair enough but numerous communications via email and direct messages on social medium are either delayed or worse, ignored.

For a renowned retail such as theirs one would expect better.

Despite my product finding a new home and a follow-up still pending, communication cannot be stressed enough. Hopefully in the future this will improve.
