Closing balance paid but still receiving new balances.

I have a loan account with Incredible connection, my last view of my balance on the 31st June it said R1705 of which I made an EFT payment. when I then checked to see if the payment reflects suddenly there was a two hundred outstanding, I then sent emails enquiring about the sudden added amount and also requested to receive a updated statement of my account and indicated I cannot go into a store as I'm out of the country... Today on the 9th of July I check my account and yet find actually there's another amount added. I still stand without clarity regarding my account and the people who where communicating with me instead chose to ignore my query regarding my account. I yet to believe that Incredible Connection is robbing me day light and its workers do not wish/want to assist me because I several ignored emails to inquiries about my account... Next step I will be taking is legal because I cannot keep paying for something that I made payment fully but yet keep getting a billing without any answers from the company. I requested several time on the email to be issued with a current and updated statement but to my disappointment I was ignored the minute i requested such.
