Click and collect - shocking turn around time and unresponsive personnel

I placed a click to collect order 48 hours ago and no response. 1st day no reply at the store. 2nd day answered after long and promised to callback in an hour but another 20 hours has passed with no response. Very unprofessional service which surprises me for incredible connection. Maybe just the Gateway Branch that unprofessional - I dont know. Wont use them again.
