Clearwater incredible connection.. I could never visit that store

I have never been this angry and disappointed shame😤😤 Clearwater Mall, I am beyond annoyed, I don't wanna lie. I lodged a refund 3weeks ago, till date I haven't gotten my money... They are playing mind games with me. I have been going there up and down, daily excuses. I don't know if this is being unprofessional, or ************** because I am a quiet 24 year old who can't really fight. But otherwise I am disappointed because i am paying a huge debt for an item or money I don't have on me.
