Clearwater Incredible Connection

Procured a Xiaomi Mi TV Stick at the Clearwaters incredible connection on the 17 Dec 2023. Upon connection at home the unit would not illuminate. Brought it back at the shop on 23 Dec 2023. The unit was tested and illuminated using a different usb cable. It was claimed that it is damaged and doesn’t fall under warranty. There is no proof that the cable was not defected from the factory, nor is the proof that I damaged it.

Overall that the payment and tech support departments take long to attend to customers.
