Clarity on service

Ive been trying to open a vodacom contract with Incredbile connection at Boksburg for the past two days . The lady that was helping me has been trying to help me but with the pressure she is in she has been very rude to me . I was asked to contact vodacom myself and when i did they said to me that everything is fine . She must just call *** to sort it out . I am dissapointed on how it has been handled and i was told it is my account i need to sort it out on the phone ...That for me is not customer service . I am dissapointed on how they are handling things
