Claimed I caused physical damage

Incredible connection is terrible. After paying R5300 for a console from the Fourways branch, it wouldnt charge and they claim that I caused the phyiscal damage. The console is new and hardly used yet they claim that we broke the "pins" and caused damage. It took them 3 weeks to come back to me and tell me that. Really???? Never ever buy from them. This is actually the second time something like this has happened. Well. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I have lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission.
