Cheated out of Free software - Student Dell laptop

Not happy with product. I bought dell i7 laptop via your online platform. sealed Laptop arrived with defect hinge. complained to your head office and they were slow to no reply. took laptop to sandton city IC branch for refund then replaced with non defective laptop.2 days later I see the pamphlet in the paper indicating that free software comes with laptop from 2 March worth R999 which I did not haev money to pay for in the store when buying the laptop. This was very very unfair of IC to not inform me as I know the pamplets are printed a week in advance to prep stored. i want this free software as I feel I have been cheated by not being told be it intentionally or non intentionally. I called Saturday store and they said speak to HO. The H/O was closed and only opens Monday at 8.30am office hours. 6 days ago, the original IC store manager and Sales man who assisted with the replacement was brilliant and I complemented them. Sadly when I called yesterday, the manager who I dealt with was weekend off and the stand in manager wanted nothing to do with me or to assist in any way. I find that very disheartening. I am hoping the main store manager comes back on Monday to assist. I don't want to go back and do the long paperwork and refund only to buy the exact same laptop to get the free software because it took a long time to set up for Campus already and it costs me R200 per trip to the store which means if I go back for second time to do replacement then I would have lost R800 out of my pocket for a R999 software. In this day and age of technology, I am hoping a H/O executive can step and assist me in my plight as a loyal customer. Unhappy customer ...Naresh ***
