Charger damaged by staff

Worst company ever! Please do not support Incredible Connection. I had an issue with the pin in my laptop, however I thought it was my charger so I took the charger to Incredible Connection (which was still under warranty). The store manager at the Cresta Branch checked the charger and wrote a report saying that the charger was not damaged at all, however I still purchased another one while they kept my original charger with them. When I realized the pin on my laptop point was damaged I went back to return the charger I bought and asked for my original one back. When I got home my original charger was short circuiting. making crackling noises and would not charge my laptop at certain points. I went back to Incredible Connection as I was told to go back by the regional manager. She said that if there is a fault with the charger it will be sorted out. However once I got to the store the manager stated that there is a static crackling sound from the charger yet the Regional manager wants me to pay for a new charger at 50% off when they damaged my original charger.
