Centurion Mall - Incredible Connection, incredible service!

Went there yesterday to get a new phone and oh my goodness! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We did have to wait a little for the timed safe, which is understandable, so if you go, please be aware that you have to make time for that - probably at other stores too. The biggest impression for me was this one guy, I can't remember his name, but goodness he was amazing! The system struggled to register the sim card that was supposed to come with the phone - it kept failing (an MTN issue we're VERY fami**** with as a decades long loyal MTN customer) and he was like: "Sir, do you need the sim card?" and I was like: "Nope!" and he was: "You've waited long enough, you can pay." boom, done! I was floored! I wanted to hug him, hahaha. They are superstars and I'd recommend them any day!!
